Need help with your TOCA account, a lobby, player behavior, privacy, or app safety? Contact TOCA support and include enough detail for us to review the issue.

- For safety, player behavior, lobby, or account concerns, use Report a problem inside the app when possible so TOCA receives the related context.
- Support usually reviews safety and account issues first.
Account deletion
- You can delete your account from inside the app.
- Open the side menu, choose Delete account, confirm the permanent deletion checkbox, and tap Delete my account.
- If you cannot access your account, email support@toca-ftv.com from the email address connected to your TOCA account.
Safety and moderation
- Use Report a problem for app bugs, safety concerns, lobby issues, player behavior, or account support.
- Use Report player or Report message when the issue is connected to a specific player or chat message.
- You can block players from the app and manage blocked players from the side menu.
